RAVINDER DABAS (Querist) 02 July 2013
sir, what if the result has already been withheld? May i also know the estimated time that can be taken to declare the result if we approach through CAT
Guest (Expert) 02 July 2013
Till you are honourably exonerated by the court of law in your criminal case even CAT may not help you getting the result declared or appointment to a Government post. So, better concentrate on your defence to get honourably acquitted instead of dividing your attention and energy on two different cases.

Agree with the expert PSDhingra ji, nothing more to add.
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 03 July 2013
You cannot join the service even if selected till you are exonerated from the changes.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 12 July 2013
Cannot join
