Dear Experts,

Myself and partner bought a building. I would like to demolish my part of building. My oartner also accepted for the same.
Kindly let me know if this possible.

you need permission of local municipal authorities to demolish and carry out fresh construction

Yes with the prior permission of municipality you can start fresh construction after demolishing the previous construction.
