In Hyderabad City outskirts, four of the relatives planning to buy a open plot with X price.
How do we register
a) All four in entire 200 sq yds
or
b) 50 sq yds per each person.

In case b), will it be considered by registration authority

who are all interest to buy the plots all the members name must in registration

It would be implied that all have undivided 50 sq.yard. There is no need for separate mentioning specially when it is undivided one.

If the registration is to be made in the name of all 4 then their equal share should be mentioned therein which automatically shall mean that it shall be for 50Sq. Yards.

If separate portions are to be mentioned then it shall be good to have a map attached with the sale deed and separate portions should be mentioned in the registered sale deed of all 4 buyers.
