Joint property share reg.

Sir,
querry related land disputes briefed as below :
Grand Father have 8 children, from two wife, his 2 children are from first wife, after death of first wife my grand father got married second time and from second wife there are 6 children, now the dispute is, the wirst wife children are demanding equal shar from two parts as one part of first wife, and second part for second wife,
whether it is right ? for two parts or
all the childre have equal right for the property , among all 8 childrens ?

if any will made out from the deceased ?
the said property how did get either self earned property or ancestrol property, if self earned, without will so all the legal heirs having equal rights.

Since the property is ancestral. so all eight children have equal right and they will get equal share as per as law
