THERE ARE TWO PUBLIC CHARITABLE TRUSTS ABC & XYZ
ABC (NEW) DESIRE TO BUILT UP AND START A CHARITABLE HOSPITAL AND DESIRE TO DO THE HOSPITAL PROJECT IN JOINT VENTURE WITH XYZ AS THE TRUST XYZ HAVE 40 YEARS STANDING AND WELL KNOWN IN THE FIELD
PLEASE LET US HAVE OPINION WHETHER TWO PUBLIC CHARITABLE TRUST HAVING SAME OBJECTS AND ALSO HAVING SOME OF THE COMMON TRUSTEES AND/OR MANAGING COMMITTEE MEMBERS CAN BUILT UP AND START PUBLIC

Yes, provided the same is also charitable and/ or within the powers of the individual Trusts.

Yes. There must be a provision in the objects of both the trusts for this purpose. if there is no such provision,you can add the same by amending the trust deeds. No hassles. Good luck.

Even without such provision you can do the same with the leave of the court. The court do grant such liberty.
