Respected Experts,
I run a small business mill, a journalist from a newspaper company is bullying me and demanding money, or else he is going to write an inappropriate article about my business and publish it in the local newspaper. so what actions can I take against the journalist and how can i stop him enter my business premises without my consent to him.

If you are fairly running the business, you need not worry if an inappropriate article publishes in a Newspaper. However, you can report about him to the editor of the Newspaper.

For taking legal action against journalist you should have cogent proof regarding such threatnings ,if you have then you may file complaint u/sec 499-501 IPC for his act of defamation .

Hello,
Gather the evidence about his illegal demand and approach the local police station against the journalist. You can also take legal action against the journalist u/s. 499 IPC if he has already published the article.

Yes you can restrict him to enter in your business premises.journalist/press-reporter can not enter on private/business places with permission of it's owner else not.
