Judge court order and high court order

Sirs
"A" has a land to an extent of Ac.2.06 cents in SNo.121/17 to 121/39 of "X" village. B filed a case in DCJ Court for attachment. The court sent the orders to the Registry. "A" present a document executed some land in same S.Nos for registration. The Registering authority refused the document presented by "A" for registration of some land in same SNos as per court attachment orders as per instructions and government orders in the matter. after refusal of the document by the Sub Registrar, "A" approached High Court and the High Court ordered to verify the details of the property and the parties and take proper action. Now "A" again presented the document and the Sub Registrar again refused the document. Now can "A" have option to approach the court again or not

Yes, A can approach high court again in writ jurisdiction.
