Have any judgement of SC and HC , when it is the statement in the FIR that the applicant and the parents and the brother of the husband were living separtely from the husband, their case of anticipatory bail may be considered favourably. And any other judgement on anticipatory Bail application for the offence Punishable u/s.498a, 232, 313 406,506 r/w. 34 of IPc.

I have got every such case allowed by high court as far as anticipatory bail is concerned.

ABA is allowed in normally in 498 matters.
This 498 need be scrapped, as 99% cases are false, proved false, and no one punished
It is a sure SHOT weapon to break House, That's All.
The crack developed, and FIL, MIUL . BIL SIL Jailed for no fault, breaks the marriage, keeping no chance for it's patching up.
ACCORDING TO ME, IT IS ANTI SOCIAL ACT.
IT ONLY HARMS FAMILY, it breaks homes, with irreparable loss.
IT DO NOT HELP ANYONE.[Except Lawyers & Police earn]
True Cruelty cases not going to Police & Court. , Majority false accusation, with added masala by Lawyers appear in Court, and acquitted after 5-7 years harassment in court.
It is high time 498 be reviewed.

But dear SIR other countries have more stringent provisions.
Law is cruel and gender biased but main problem is EGO. If men can control their ego nothing of such court room dramas will happen.

I hope so,
EGO is natural, the way fairness & charm is natural with a lady. It is God Gift.
It is not going to change. It may be controlled to some extent only.
I agree , other developed countries have more stringent provisions, but at the same time, they provide quick divorce too.
I had gone thru many foreign disputes, where the husband is at mercy, , and helpless. Wife throw Beer bottle, break Husssy's head, and also complain against him, for false allegations of adultery. Poor Husband goes behind bar.
