CAN THE SUPREME COURT MAKE A JUDICIAL REVIEW OF THE CONSTITUENT ASSEMBLY ACTIONS, ENACTMENTS i.e. THE CONSTITUTION ?

If the constituent assemblys action is beyound the law, then it can be challenge by an ordinary citizen also. even I wanna to know about its review factor from other experts.

assembly actions are different than enactments.
and yes, if any enactment/ statute/ law goes beyond the constitution or supersedes the constitution, it can validly be challenged and made void to the extent it goes beyond the constitutionality.

Proceedings in the Parliament is beyond the bounds of Supreme Court.
However, enactments/Statutes are amenable for judicial review so as to see whether they are constitutionally valid or not.
