Okay. I do not know thes state to which you belong. The Judcial Services exams are conducted by the High Court of each stateupon a requirement basis. It is Supreme Court's direction to conduct the exams on regular basis.
So, i will answer your query according to the information available to me. Okay
In Prelims and Mains the questions mainly relate to all procedural laws, Main laws like IPC, Contract Laws, Transfer of Property Act. However, the main focus is on procedural laws (CPC, Crpc, IEA) and IPC. The sylabus does not include constitutional law. But, as a lawyer we need to have good knowledge of constituional law becoz it is the mother of laws.
Mains also include judgment writing.
And interview will be open for any kind if queries; current affairs, latest legal developments, recentlandmark judgments.
If you are confused so much you may also approach Coaching centres, which provide you good guidance accordingly.
Also, one more thing is 'Practice at courts' gives you more knowledge than any other means.
Okay All the Best.

Scheme of paper depends upon the syllabus and state 4 which you r appearing. But i will suggest you to always prepare 4 constitution and jurisprudence whether it is mentioned or not 4 PT exam.
