i wanna ask that are the proofs for under 18 murder criminal more important either the mcd birth certificate,first class admission proof or 10th class cbse certificate to prove the criminals judgement fair in the favour of the victim?

First of all 10th cbse certificate if not than first class admission proof if it also not than mcd birth certificate.

School certificates are some times not accepted as they are many a time wrongly filled by the parents. Municpal birth certificate will be more acceprtable than any other certificate.
