Respected sir,
My brother was attacked by 7 members with
Iron rods.My brother was sevearlly injured
and hospitalised. Nose bone was fractured and
Head injury.Conducted major operation in
APOLLO Hospital,chennai. Police personnel
taken bribes Rs 2lacs from other party and
framed charges IPC Sections 147.148.149 and 324.My brother was narrowly escaped from
murder. How can I approach for real justice for my brother and what shall i do to frame charges on attempt to murder in my Brother case.

You can pray to the court for addition of charge u/s 307 IPC which is more severe charge.

Engage a good criminal lawyer, approach the higher police officials. Pray the court to add 307 IPC as advised by the expert Devajyoti Barman ji.

Immediately make representation to the higher police officials, make social pressure over police, use power of media and lastly file a separate criminal complaint under section 200 of criminal procedure code against those accused persons on the basis of medical reports.
