punishment under each section you mentioned is different but what is the relation of Indian court's justice with the punishments under these sections?

Punishment U/s 420 - Shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine.

U/s 468 - Shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine.

U/s 471 - Shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both.

Yes they will practice fair law.
