When my father bought our house, it was outside the Nagar nigam limits. After formation of the state of Uttarakhand, it came under Nagar nigam. My father expired few years back, now for transferring the ownership when we got the latest khasra, our land is shown as abadi. Is it ok to go for registering of property, so that in future we can sell it or use it for obtaining a bank loan. Thank you.
