my three uncles names were made in FIR in kidnap case due their sister's minor son[17yrs] escaped with brahmin minor girl[14yrs] eventhough they were no way connected. police harassing and arresting repeatedly to bring the person due to blood relation. Evenafter presenting escaped nephew mother, son and daughter.
suggest further movement please

Is the girl recovered? If yes then further harassment should stop.
Even no then after bail the police can not harass the relatives.
