Can we change the system of our democracy by making some amendments for the election and its conduct???

As the constitution says....." We the people of India..." we will have to come up now to make changes in the constitution, because now we can see that the system everywhere has failed to govern, for what it had been constituted.

What is that amendment you propose or for what remedies you want a amendment.

It is very important at this stage to unfold the things, which are lying under cover, firstly we should get the national party and state party concept changed, the election must take place in phases and then it must reach the national forum, not that by only having three or four MP's you come up to the party who is making the majority otherwise, and offer their MP's and then ask for portfolio ministry, which later on becomes threat to the ruling party to abide by their conditions and stick to what they personally view it to be or else they will back out from the center and which might dismantle the government at the center.
Secondly, the person to whom a ministry is being assigned he must have the relevant or the basic qualification to know the in and out of that ministry, and not be a mere puppet in the hands of the corrupt bureaucrats.
To mention few I have jotted them, but there are basically 'n' number of changes which are required to be implemented with immediate effect.
