Kindly help regarding property matter!

we as three brothers, father dead long back ,mother dead recently leaving a 1000 sqft house, however i personally didn't want to sell it off, though both brother's insisting to sell off for the same, is there a way by which i could save or do not allow them to sell off.

You can purchase the shares of your brothers in the house and thus can prevent the house from being sold off to third party.

YES!YOU HAVE RIGHT OF PREEMPTION TO BUY IT ON PRIORITY BASIS AT MARKET RATE,IF DENIED BY YOUR BROTHERS THEN YOU CAN ENFORCE THIS RIGHT
THROUGH COURT ALSO WHEREIN COURT SHALL ADJUDICATE PROPER CONSIDERATION PAYABLE.

Yes u can purchase undivided shares of your brother or allow them to sale their undivided share to third party purchaser and avoid dispute.

You are always free to obstacle your brothers as you have share in house. Just fiel a suit and forget it for years. Do not worry. Nothing will happen next 15 years. This way you can torture your brothers (if your intention is so) or prevent the property from really a mis use.

I know to make some good is very difficult but to spoil, it is automatic.

Grateful & thanks for the valuable advice's so far, eventually looking forward for an second advice and suggestion, for the problem appended below.

Myself Residing in Lucknow, Rent control Flat - governed by LDA(lucknow development Auth.)
Original allotted in the name of my father, who expired 2004, Moreover my mother also got expired 2012 june, however the problem arises my youngest brother got NOC in his favor from the eldest brother, sister, and mother in Jan 2010, to get the nomination of Rented Flat in his favor, he succeded however No 'Noc' has been approved or granted in his favor by me, simply he excluded me from the family tree, verified from the file facts of LDA.
The final process of 'costing' is yet to be finalized by LDA, Now can i object the same if yes what are the various methods, do i need to lodge an 'Fir' under fraudulent activity, for the reason of excluding me under intention of fraud?
Or its too late to catch the bus again?

Few guided me to get the succession certificate, to Proof the same, whats the process to acquire that certificate, what would be the overall fees and time?
