Today i went our Police commissioner and requested him to tranfer my inquiry as the present inquiry officer is being partial to my inquiry.
But he shouted n yelled at me though i requested him to tranfer and refused it buy raising his voice n tried to dominate me and told me to leave. i want to to complain regarding the same as he has humilated me in front of 10 people. tell me what shouls i do

send a letter to police commsiioner recording the details of your meeting and that you had requested him to transfer the inquiry as you belived that inquiry officer was being partial .

Bring this incident to the notice of higher authorities.
As far as investigations are concerned you can ask for CID investigation through the court.

you can send the registered letter to DGP law and order about that incident and also to home department of that state.

Though I agree with all experts, what is the reason you want transfer of case to another IO, partial has to be established prima-facie.
