IN MOFFASILS OR Districts One who is highest Judicial Auhority s Chief Judicial Magistrate? IN Metro Towns like Hyderabad where the population exceeds one crore The highest Judaical Authority in the D9strict level is Chief Metropolitan Magistrate.especially in criminal matters.
