Kindly Suggest me for appeal time.
As mine case is v/s Muncipal Corporation Ludhiana .
First it was in lower court.Decision was in my favour.
Then in session court,decision in favour of corporation.
Now want to appeal in limited possible time to Punjab & haryana high court.
Kindly advice me with limited possible time for appeal.
Also advice me that in this time can corporation demolish my kiosk.

file appeal in hc in 60 days time from date of order and get stay order in ur favour otherwise corporation can demolish it.
