Sir, I have purchased site 20 years back in karnataka and which was approved by BMRDA. The approved plan has no site number specified on it. Plan with empty boxes.
One of my friend told to check KJP from survey records. I did not understand.
Whether I can get site numbers on the plan or survey number by applying to survey settlements and land records in Bangalore, karnataka or any other way to get it. Please help sir.

You can apply for survey of your property through a government surveyor and clarify the details.

Just check with your Sale Deed which definitely indicate the site number as well as boundaries, accordingly find out the location of your site and its number.

The site was purchased 20 years back, why did you silent all these years? As it is an approved layout by BMRDA there will be the site's plot numbers and survey number. please verify it and if the plot and survey numbers are not in your sale deed, you have to get a rectification deed from the seller.

A sale is completed only when the seller hands over possession to the purchaser. Why this strange situation?

Thank you sir for your reply. The site number is specified in the deed. When I applied for eKhata, PDO (Panchayat Development officer) says, site falls under two survey number partly 100 and partly 101 as per Dishank App. But Survey no 100 is approved by BMRDA. Hence he is saying site is not approved and may be in Park area. So, I am not able to check the site number on the approved plan as it has empty boxes without site number. So I dont know how to proceed sir. I am looking for a document which shows my site number and I can compare it with the approved plan to prove site is in the approved plan.
