Know about MACT case

Hi,

In 2010,i drove a car , met with an accident in which 2 person injured. In last year july court is finalised the case. But due to my exam i had not present in the court on orders date and my lawyer said he will let me know about the orders but he didn't. I haven' t recieved any notice from insurance or court to pay the amount.
How will i know about claim is paid by insurance or not.

Even my lawyer is not helping me
What should i do? Please help me.

1. Do not expect a response as "anonymous" author.

2. Show the case file to another local lawyer and change existing if you are not satisfied.

Vage query.

Although anonymous query don't deserve reply, but don't you know that you have to ask your own defending lawyer what was the order of the court?
