one agriculture land purchase above 10 year before ,seller of land have two brother , land sell by 1st brother whole area , can younger brother sell 50% land to other person , whole land is sold bye elder brother already

You have not clarified whether at the time of sale,the person who sold the land had full right over the property.Whether his brothers had share in the property?Whether before sale,the objections were invited by a public notice ?Whether you enquired in revenue record in whose name land was before purchasing the land ? If you did not take proper care at the time of purchase of land,remaining brothers can file suit against you as their consent was not obtained.Wihout cancelling sale of their share,he cannot outright sale his share,because the possession will be with you.

purchase of land at 10/11/1989,
land was name of father , elder brother sale to me ,after ten year , yonger brother want to re- sale same land (50%) . we have regiter whole land ,
can regitation is cancel after long time ?

how come your brother sold the property to you? The sale transaction it self is void and illegal.
Agrl., land was belongs to your father, your brother sold to you without having the absolute ownership.
Your question can be answered this much only because your question is confusing. You have not clearly asked the question.

The sale of hte whole share in your favour in the light of clarified facts is null and void and younger brother is within his right to make sell of his share in the hands of other person.
It is better negotiate with him and get additional sale-deed in your favour qua his portion otherwise he can create various problems for you.
