You cannot impose your own conditions to the company.
You have agreed to the terms and conditions of the employment and have signed the offer letter accepting all the conditions therein.
you cannot agitate or protest over this issue.
You may decide either to abide by the conditions of the employer or otherwise.
Labor law will not interfere in the company's policy on such subjects.

Yes. You follow the conditions of the company as you have already agreed to the terms and conditions of the job and after accepting the same you joined the job.

There is little merit in your grievance. Still then, you have the option to take up the issue with the internal grievance redressal system of the company (to my knowledge, corporate investigation)
