Land acquisition

(Querist) 20 February 2015 This query is : Resolved 
Dear Sir
My query is
1.Land acquired through LA Act/LARR-2013 for industry, want to know what will be the status of Ownership. whether Requiring body will have title over that land?
2. Can that land be sold?
3. Can that land be mortgaged for taking Loans from Banks?

Ownership, title, interest solely with d government after acquisition. You must have received compensation for d same, you cannot sold that land again as they acquired and compensate you. Also can not b mortgaged.

I am requiring body say I am company not land looser, what will be the case regarding company for whom the land has been acquired, can he selloff, mortgage?

After acquisition of land title holder lost their right upon land and they have no right to sell or mortgage the said land.

Whether the acquisition process is completed and possession handed over to the requirement body/company?, if so, on the basis of the title acquired, the company may proceed with the proposed activity.

The land is acquired, compensation paid and ultimately allotted to Industry. Whether Industry can sell it or not depends on the terms of allotment to it.
