Land acquisition for hmr project viz road widening

my land is being acquired under hyd.metro rail project ,Road widening by issuing notice after the new law came on the statute book ,however to deprive the benefits of new L.A Act.2013 they have passed the Award on28 /12/2013 as the new law is going to come into effect from 01/01/2014. which was received by me on 8th jan.2014 and payment and possession is not taken till today. Am I eligible for claim of compensation under new law .The whole action of Land acquisition officer who is supposed to protect the citizens rights seems to benefit the private concessionaire. Please guide me in the matter

You are always having the option of seeking enhancement of compensation.
Write a letter to the authorities for enhancement as per the new rule.
If they do not respond go for Writ petition in the high court.

Claim the enhanced compensation and if the request is not entertained file writ in High Court.
