Land aquired by state govt

R Sir,

my 4 acare land aquired and including (445 nos of grapes tree) grapes gardens line by state govt by highway purpose but state govt give me only 17 lack compansession.

so pls give your opinion how much receved by the compansession

You should file reference before the District Court within 45 days for enhancement of compensation under sec.18 of the Land Acquisition Act.
