Dear Sir,
We belongs to joint family. One of my cousin sister had documented my father's property illegally.
She is married and she is staying with her brother's house. Due to some family problem they sent he out. So, my father allowed her to stay in our land and allow her to built a thatch house. She is staying in our house from the period. Now she document our land in her name and built the compund wall also. So once we checked and warn her. Suddenlt, she sent summon to my mother's name
So, kindly guide me what i have to do.

What type of summons are you talking about? You have to file a suit for eviction for licensee immediately.
