Land being grabbed in the name of public purpose

Dear experts,
our village located at agency area in AP,near by our land some waste land was in reserve forest area.Now after 30 years,some persons occupied the land,constructed houses.recently 3 of rich political influenced persons planned for contructing a pvt school & college & they eyed on for commercial activity.though the land is cleared by govt for public purpose ,these rich persons want to make these lands for their own earning purpose instead of giving shelter to poor people in agency area free of cost.How we could to stop this school or college construction?thier aim is only grabbing land,earning money from poor ,making fixed asset,making thier own plots beside.

Since the land is allocated for public purposes,it cannot assigned for any other purpose. If it is sought to be done illegally approach the High court by way of a Public Interest Litigation.

you should definitely approach High Court by way of PIL, recently Hon'ble SC has also questioned the conduct of govts. while dealing with lands acquired for public purposes.
few of the state laws provide for reversion of land to the farmer in case the land has not been used for the required purpose in a particular time period.
Punjab and Haryana High Court also reprimanded Haryana Government in a matter of land misuse....the allegations were acquisition of land and finally handing over the same to private people/ organisations.

wht is the reserve forest law states in case of acquistion of land in ap.pls kindly let me know.
