Dear All
Kindly clarify can an individual or a company acquire land over and above the land ceiling limit of any state through application or after taking required authority's approval?

Sir this is my general query that is it possible to have a land over and above the ceiling limit after getting approval from appropriate authority or one can, in no case, acquire or have land above the ceiling limit?
If yes, then what is the procedure.

i mean prohibitted to nhi h?
This is a case basicaly that if a company for its business wants to suppose take a huge piece of land that is in surplus of ceiling limit. Then, are there any ways to get approval for such land or strictly we can not purchase that land?

Actly we are into Infrastructure industry ... want to take up project over and above the ceiling limit. so can a company do so by taking approval of the authority.
