X Company wants to purchase 1000 Acre of Lands. however cap of 25 acre is applicable to company as per land ceiling act.

what can be the remedy?

2. For what purpose?

For industrial purpose with the permission of industry commissioner the co. Can buy N no. Acres of land above 40 hects.after purchase the co. Should inform the ind. Commissioner how the land is being put to use as industrial purpose,it may be agricultural industry,or horticulture .

You can form as many SPVs venture companies and buy their lands with the said ceiling. usually many companies do this.

Further, if i form a agriculture company and buy a land stating for agricultural purpose therein, should there be any problem?
