विपक्ष के समझौते पर अगर मुझे बरी कर दिया गया तो मैं सरकारी नौकरी में क्यों job नहीं कर सकता। मुझे दिल्ली पुलिस ने select होने के बाद reject कर दिया। अब मुझे क्या करना होगा।

Acquittal orders was not on merits, full orders need to be referred, discuss with local lawyer.
Use RTI to get the information why appointment letter not given after selection?

जमीनी विवाद पर मारपीट हुई और मेरा नाम दूसरे पझ ने fir दर्ज करवा दी और cgm कोर्ट द्वारा ipc की धारा 323,325,506,34 के तहत अधिकतम 2 साल की सजा व 1000 रुपये जुर्माना की सजा सुनाई। इसके खिलाफ मैने session कोर्ट में याचिका दायर की तो बहस के दिन opposite पझ ने मेरे खिलाफ लगाए सभी आरोपों को नकारते हुए याचिका दायर की जिस पर session जज ने मुझे समझौते के तहत सभी आरोपों से मुक्त कर दिया और मुझ पर लगे सभी धाराओं व जुर्माना को रद्द करते हुए बरी कर दिया। इस दौरान मैंने दिल्ली पुलिस की कॉन्स्टेबल driver भर्ती में हिस्सा लिया जिसमें मैंने 84% marks के साथ परीक्षा पास की। और finally में select हो गया। और इस case के चलते में मुझे दिल्ली पुलिस ने joining नहीं दी जबकि मैंने अपने चरित्र सत्यापन पत्र में इस case को दिखाया है। लेकिन दिल्ली पुलिस ने मुझे समझौते के तहत बरी मानते हुए मेरा selection रद्द कर दिया। इस के लिए मुझे सुझाव दिजिये।

कोर्ट ने आपको दोषमुक्त करार नहीं दिया है, ऐसा आपकी भाषा से प्रतीत होता है. आपको समझौते के आधार पर छोड़ दिया लगता है, पूरे कागज़ लेकर किसी वकील से मिलो
