Hello Sir,
In my native we are having some lands, in that some land was under lease and some land was under my father control.
The watchman who passes water to the land which was under my father control demanding some portion of the land from us. We refused to give it, so that he is creating problems for us. All the land related documents are under my grandfather name and my father name.
As mentioned above, people who are doing land for lease, they are demanding half of the land should be give as free and remaining half of the land should be sold to them for the rate which they are suggesting.
All these people which we mentioned above are having their own lands, eventhough they are trying to grab our land.
Please guide us how to proceed in this case to get back our propery.
