Hi Experts,
If a case is in court and is pending for more than 5 yrs,can a land grabbing case be lodged in the anti-land grabbing cell?
Kindly provide the info, so that it'll be really helpful for us.
Thanks.

On the self same issue, no separate civil case can be filed.
Criminal proceeding is however permissible.

You can file a Petition to transfer pending case from the civil court to land grabbing court and court may pass orders of transfer.

When it comes as duty a doctor can not refuse urgent surgery of a patient disliked by him.
So goes true for an advocate also.
In states like Maharashtra,Karnataka, and Andhra there are Special State enactments to deal with land Mafias and organised criminals.
This is too much guidance for a professional quest.
As regards to querist,no certain answer is possible in absence of disclosure of state of which the matter is?
However it should be also understood not by respondents but only by querist that once a title inquiry reaches to CIVIL COURT who is the right forum for that other activities in criminal side may be beneficial only to the extent restoration of possession,if that was disturbed, subject to decision of Civil Court.
