Land grabbing inkarnataka

Hi,
Actually i have purchased a land in 1995 and till date i am paying the revenue tax for the same. But in the year 2007i had fenced the site and one day later in 2009 when i went and saw that while extracting rtc it has been purchased by a third party through a middle man who has my signature and all the documents forged. So I gave a simple letter to the gram panchayat office to stop all the proceedings further. This all happened in 2009. I approaced police also. They told me that you first get me the original site documents and we would see it later. And one more thing i asked to give any acknowledgement, but they refused. now as many years have passed by what to do next. Shall i file a case. if so should i have to pay the court fees and stuff and what would be the consequences.
How to solve this problem easily.

You should file a case. You can also reort the matter to police.

You have a good case of cheating, forgery and fraud against the parties concerned.

Lodge FIR and file civil suit. Court fee would be borne by you. Fees to be paid in the civil court should not be more higher since land is agriculture.

you seem to be inactive ,the matter began in 2009,you are still sitting,rush to court for cancellation of documents crEated in your name by forgery,take the originals from police ,if you handed over,a suit of declaration, possession /injunction and cancellation seems urgent necessity ,contact a civil lawyer of your district and discuss the points with him,court fees would be payable for relief to be claimed as per your state law.
DO NOT WASTE TIME ANY MORE HERE AND THERE ELSE MATTER OF CANCELLATION WOULD GO TIME BARRED.
