Land is under dispute. should i make house on it?

Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 27 July 2023 This query is : Resolved
Hello Sir
In 2019 i bought a land of 8 decimal from person A. My mutation is also done.
Persona A who sold me this, bought it from Person B on 2012. After Person A bought he also done mutation at same time.

Person B who sold to person got this from family settlement, she also done mutation at 2007 before selling land.

Now i come to know, There is a law suit between Person B and his husband second wife. Legally 2nd wife has no right in property but still lawsuit is going on.

My question is, i want to built a house on this land, so for me is it advisable or not?

What will happen if Person B lost from his husband 2nd wife? Will i loose my land + house if i make on it?

Thanks in advance.

Until and unless there is no restriction from court of law restraining you from constructing the house in the disputed property, besides since you are not a party to the ongoing lawsuit, you can proceed as per your desire to construct a building

Means land and house will be mine as i have sale deed and mutation even though my seller's seller loose the case?

Am i right?

I want to be very sure, because i will take loan, borrow money from my brother and friends to make house.

once opposite party of seller's seller has come to my land and claimed this land eventhough they don't have sale deed and mutation.

What action should i take if she/he comes back?
Thank you sir

You will not lose the land and house as there are no restrictions from the court to date.
