This query is : Resolved
Somebody is showing fake documents and filed a case in court. We have original passbooks for agricultural land. We are not able to sell land due to this case in court. Our lawyer is saying that we have to wait for the case to come to bench which may take 1 to 2 years. Is there anything we can do to make this fast? Thanks.

As per the facts mentioned herein it is advised that Kindly obtain the certified copy of the land record and related documents and file a criminal FIR against the persons holding fake FIR of your documents. You may also publish in 2 leading newspaper a disclaimer that "the property belongs to you and general public is hereby advised not to deal with such property"..

Basing on your Urgency you could request your Advocate to Plead the Court to post the Case for urgent hearing.

Pls post with your ID and not as AQ and you can get many replies.
Your ID does not mean your email id or phone number and don’t post these also.

You have the option to obtain certified copies of said fake docs from court, and also get local help to get authenticate copies fro O/o Authority under whose jurisdiction property falls..................
The docs if fake will invite wrath of court...
Certainly your own counsel can request the court for speedy hearing and disposal...
The value of the property, usually rises with time............

We have all originals and also our names are online in government website and digitally signed by MRO. Our opposition somehow got these fake documents. It is very unfortunate how the system allows somebody like this to even file a case and bother us like this. Our land is in Visakhapatnam, AP. Can anybody suggest l lawyer that can help us? I am not really comfortable with current lawyer.

Ms. Usha Kapoor: You agree with anybody. No one cares. But answer the query whether the querist be able to sell his property, AFTER doing all that you have stated above?
Why are you shying away from answering?

@ Ms. Usha kapoor,
Any significance of agreeing with the same advice of an expert three times at three different occasions, while ignoring the query of Mr. Ramachandran aimed towards you to answer?
Stating "no comments" on Mr. Ramachandran's question, clearly indicates that although you agreed with some specific opinion of an expert, but you don't know why you agreed with that opinion, not being aware of the subject matter.

In lower court cases are decided within 1-2 years. If you have any doubt in your mind you can take second opinion from another advocate.
