Land lease

Sir

My father took agricultural land on lease 6 years back. We did farming 4 years. And after that he refused to do farming and he don't want give money back.
we are asking since 2 years but no responded, lease paper with us it was on white book page. is there any solution..?

Show the document of "lease deed" to a local prudent lawyer for better appreciation of document/ facts, guidance and proceeding.
Why did you conceal your identity and preferred to remain "anonymous" author"? Anonymous persons may not be obliged by experts as per rule of this platform.

Any suggestion depends upon the terms of the lease esp. as to discontinuation midterm.
