Land occupied by the realestate people

my neiubhour sold his land of 1.01 acers to real estate persons ABC. ABC occupies more than the 1.01 acers. the additional land which they occupied belongs to my father. My father filed case against them in january 2007 and it got expart dicgree in august 2007. Then they wrongly brought the case to the list and awaiting the litigation till 2012. After that through court we paid necessary amount and got measured by the taluk surveyer. Afet his report my father got permanant injuction order from the court.
while the litigation is in the court they plotted the lad and sold to some peopleone of the person who bought a plot constructed building in my fathers land occuping 5 feets.
My fathgr is aheart patient and disturbed with this issue.The local police refuse to file case against them due their political back ground and money power.
kindly help us to resolve this issue fron those land grabbers and ways to take necessary legal actions against them

if third party rights have been created in contravention of court orders take contempt of court proceedings against the seller ,
if any encroachment has been done and cops refuse to take action lodge complaint in magistrate court under section 156(3) to direct cops to investigate and furnish report
