You say that your father was adapted in the new family i.e., second husband of the mother of your father's family. Once he is adapted, he will not have right over the properties of the biological parents.
Hence I differ with the other experts.
If I am wrong, some one may correct the position.

To expert Mr. Malipeddi Jagga Rao garu: The author's contention about his father adopting his new family subsequent to his mother remarrying another person, is just a casual tone and cannot have legal paint on it. Therefore the author's father remains the son of his biological father till this date and nothing forbids his rights from acquiring his biological father's share of property upon his intestate death just by joining the stream his new family which legally has nothing to do with this. If his mother's husband had adopted the author's father legally at that time, his father cannot stake a claim over his biological father's intestate property. For this question, the author has to answer properly so that your opinion can be considered.
