Land registration cancellation

Hi Sir ,
I Have a 8 acres Land at my village with the name of my father.my uncle (fathers brother) promised the he will give the amount for 4 acres land and asked for land registration.so blindly we registered the land 4 acres to my uncle. my father made gift registration to his brother for this land .my uncle is now not giving the money. can i cancel the gift registration ? i and my brother didn't signed it ? if we can cancel how i can proceed further ?
Please help me on this.

Sorry, you may loose the land.
The gift once executed can not be cancelled unless it is proved that it was done through force or undue influence.
So file a suit for setting aside the gift deed soon.

ok, thanks for the reply.
One more question i thought that from the among the two brothers it should be partition registration not gift registration so i thought that it is invalid.
