how can I file my vakalatnama for the plaintiff, when the earlier advocate of the plaintiff is not tendering or giving an NOC letter? any judgments for the same?

Shobhit, If u r Advocate, and want to file ur VP, u ask Court to allow u to file it as earlier Adv is not avlb.

Apprise the court the true picture by bringing the client in the court room and then obtain permission and file it.
