how can I file my vakalatnama for the plaintiff, when the earlier advocate of the plaintiff is not tendering or giving an NOC letter? any judgments for the same?

Seek the permission of court stating refusal and file it.

Shobhit, If u r Advocate, and want to file ur VP, u ask Court to allow u to file it as earlier Adv is not avlb.
Pl chg your LCI Profil "from STUDENT" TO ADVOCATE.

Apprise the court the true picture by bringing the client in the court room and then obtain permission and file it.
