Please tell me if my advocate is not filling the processing fee for quashing FIR, what i can do and where i complaint against him.

I am from chandigarh and my case is in punjab and haryana high court.

change ur Advocate, if u do not trust him.
Fees are nominal, Probably Less than Rs.50/-
in criminal matters.

If the Advocate is not cooperating change the advocate.

A simple way to corner such hurdles is to change the advocate otherwise the course to punish him would be lengthy.

Yes, the simple and feasible way is to change the advocate.
Do it immediately before it becomes delay.

What do you mean by processing fee for quashing FIR?

There is no such fee chargeable by Punjab & Haryana High court.
