is there any law like the wifes has 498A. if a wife is harresing his husband bitting him etc. can he file a case against his wife like 498A

No but he can file case for hurt, grievous hurt or even for criminal breach of trust.

Unfortunately even the Domestic Violence Act does not extend any relief to harassed husbands. The only remedy to such husbands at present is to resort the provisions of the IPC.
