hi m jatin. i want to know about the legal process of selling agriculture land in punjab state. my questions is that my mom relative have sold the agriculture land. some persons were died years years ago.can their childern get the share from selling land? are they have right to get this by law? if in case, so whats really happens when somebosy sell the property.

definatly if they have proper from regarding this sell-did they have a right

definitely the successors gets a share in the ancestral property but you have to challenge the sale deed which the other person executed on behalf of you in your share.
