I have cleared National Insurance Company Ltd. Law officer written examination. and got interview call letter. I thoroughly searched on internet about Public sector undertaking interviews but not satisfied with material available. So I desperately need help from someone who can tell me about these sort of interviews. Its my first attempt. I give you some illustrative questions to clear the picture.
1. Which laws should I read?
2. What questions they can ask?
3. Any other tips and tricks which can help in me anyway.

certainly its not going to be much tricky.
you should ve good knowledge of insurance laws, contract and consumer laws.
atleast your fundamentals shall be clear on certain core issues.
certainly your overall personality and confidence will also be assessed.

Thanks Mr. Kiran.
I just cleared law in last year. So, I have ample knowledge of theoretical part of law. But lacking in practical aspect of law. What should I do? It has been expressly provided in the job advertisement that preference will be given to those candidates who have practical experience in area of their specialization. Please give me some comprehensive guidelines.

My words to you, just be clear with insurance law, taxation law, contract and consumer law.. And be with some basic knowledge about court practise, about pecuniary jurisdictions, stages of civil and criminal cases like that..
