Lease agreement

i need to know lease agreement, because i taken shop for lease every month rent 4000/- rpees and every year increment of the rent is 300/- rps...what percentage we have to check every year..and percentage will increase for evry year....

THERE IS NO PROVISION OF PERCENTAGE IN LAW. IT IS BASED ON MUTUAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE PARTIES. sO AS LONG YOU WISH AND CONTINUE TO BE UNDER AGREEMENT IT WILL GO.
