Sir,
I want to know that E-Stamp got issued in april 2009,but could not used at that time, what is the procedure to get execute the lease deed can i mention the lease period from such date when it started or from the date of execution.Second thing lease deed to be prepared on plain white papers or stamp papers be get issued from the concered sub registrar on the basis of E-stamp already with me.

You shall have to mention the period of lease which may be prior to its execution and it can be got typed on plain papers upon which e-stamp already issued can be got pasted or on the basis of those stamps, fresh stamp papers from concerned treasury.
