Dear Sir,
Greetings of the day......
I wanted to know what are the laves entitlenent as per the Bombay Shops & establishment act.
Casual Leaves-
Sick Leaves-
Bank Holidays-
Also want to know are this laws applicable to the hotel industry also and are they same for Managerial staff and Other staff.

Bombay Shops and Establishments Act, Bombay Shops and Establishments Rules, address/contact details of Inspector are available at website of Dept. of labor Maharashtra.
You may go thru section on Leave and study and get your answers.
Hotel are covered. Some Dept. might be even covered under Factory Act.............You may check with Inspector.
The act does not discriminate between 'Workman' and 'Non Workman'.
In Maharashtra trade unions have traditionally been active.
The employees that are united are properly informed and supported.
