Is it lessor or lessee to pay the rent? Be clear.

How much money has been paid by tenant? Whether the amount has been reflected in lease and licence deed or some other document has been executed by the lessor and lessee? What are the terms and conditions of the document?

Show the document to a local lawyer for proper appreciation, analysing, guidance and proceeding, if it is a true story, which I find to be an academic and hypothetical in nature.
